Donald Fay Payne
Donald F. Payne, Former Resident Of Bluford Killed 1931-1952 Donald Fay Payne, 21, of Baltimore, Md., a former resident of Bluford, was killed December 21, while working for the Pennsylvania Railroad in Baltimore. He attended the Webber township high school graduating with the class of 1949. He is survived by his wife, Patsy, of Baltimore; his father, Fay Pane; a grandmother, Rose Payne; and one brother, Tommy, of Bluford. Funeral services were held December 23 at 2:00 p.m. in Brunswick, N.J. His father and aunt, Mrs. John Terrell of Belle Rive, attended the funeral.
