Mrs. Ruth Marie Pilson, 65, of 707 Kensington Avenue, died 12:20 pm Saturday at Barnes Hospital, St. Louis, Mo., after a long illness.

Funeral services well be held at 1:30 pm Tuesday at Myers Chapel, with the Rev. Clyde Funkhouser officiating. Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery. The body will lie in state at Myers Chapel, where friends may call after 5:00 pm today.

Mrs. Pilson was born March 1, 1904, in Jefferson County, the daughter of Henry and Ida (Maxey) Jones.

On June 27, 1928, in Mt. Vernon, she was married to Walter E. Pilson, who survives.

Mrs. Pilson is also survived by one son, Ted A. Pilson of Pekin.

She was a member of the First United Methodist church.
