JOHN PUCKETT DIES SUDDENLY

John Puckett, 75, a farmer, died suddenly at 11:30 o'clock last night at his home in McClellan township.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the South Hickory Hill church. Burial will be in Hickory Hill cemetery.

Mr. Puckett is survived by five sons, Arthur, Russell and Thomas, all of Mt. Vernon, Lloyd, of Waltonville, and Robert of Harvey, Ill.

He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Opal Black and Mrs. Dorthy Wooden, both of Mt. Vernon, and Mrs. Carmen Livesay of Harvey, Ill.

Also surviving are one sister, Mrs. Vincent Johnson, and one brother, Earl, of St. Louis.

Mr. Puckett died 22 September 1947
