Earl Recklein Rites Saturday

Funeral services for Earle Edward Recklein, of Opdyke, will be held Saturday at 2:00 pm at Myers Chapel. Edwin V. Hayden will officiate and burial will be in West Salem cemetery.

The body will remain at Myers Chapel, where friends may call at any time until the funeral hour.

Mr. Recklein was 65 years, two months and 11 days of age. He was found dead yesterday morning at his home in Opdyke. Cororner Ben Roeder at an inquiry, found that death was due to natural causes.

Mr. Recklein was born November 20, 1885 in East St. Louis. He was an automobile dealer in East St. Louis for many years and had resided in Opdyke for the past five years.

He was married to Verna E. McClure, who survives.

Besides his wife, he is survived by on (sic one) sister, Mrs. Janer Wells of East St. Louis and three brothers, August, Lee and Edward, all of East St. Louis.
