Norma Louise Rice, 72, of Tovey, Illinois passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer. She was surrounded by loved ones.

Norma was born February 15, 1952 in Mt Vernon, Illinois to Barbara "Garrison" Ilbery and Bob Rice.

Barbara later married Norma's stepfather Charles F Ilbery Sr.

Norma is survived by four children, Donnie Stone, Amy Williamson, Scott Williamson all of Tovey, Illinois, Mark Stone of Alabama. One stepdaughter Sharon Reid of Springfield Illinois. Siblings Chuck Ilbery and wife Charmaine of Decatur, Illinois, Charlotte Wertepney of Mt Vernon, Illinois, Rick Ilbery and wife Miriam of Dix, Illinois, Debra and husband Phil, Joe Ilbery and wife Lori of Mt Vernon, Illinois, Renee Rowen and wife Melinda of Edgewater, Florida, David Ilbery of Guyton, Georgia, and Becky Ilbery and husband Franc of Mt Vernon, Illinois. Best friends over 50 years Rose Shelton and Marie Callahan, several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers George Eugene Rice and Lloyd Ilbery, and niece Ashton Ilbery.

Norma loved spending time with family, sitting around campfires, singing karaoke and caring for her pets. She is loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

No public visitation is planned.
