O. F. Rightnowar Dies Early Today Ottis Franklin Rightnowar Of Mt. Vernon Died At Age 72 Ottis Franklin Rightnowar, of 1018 S. Tenth street, died at 2:00 a.m. today at Jefferson County Memorial Hospital. His age was 72 years, ten months and one day. Mr. Rightnowar, a lifetime resident of Jefferson county, was a farmer. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Myers Chapel. The Rev. Tracy Dees will officiate and burial will be in South Hickory Hill cemetery. The body will remain at Myers Chapel, where friends may call at any time after 10 a.m. Friday. Mr. Rightnowar was born April 8, 1877 in Jefferson county, the son of James and Mahala (Trout) Rightnowar. He was married to Lizzie Fagan who preceded him in death July 19, 1944. Mr. Rightnowar is survived by two sons, Hayden and Hursel R. of Mt. Vernon; a daughter, Mrs. Alta Wade of St. Louis, Mo.; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Bean and Mrs. Lunie Beckman of Mt. Vernon, Mrs. Nancy Wilthong of Paragould, Ark., and Mrs. Annie Hodge of Waltonville; a brother, Ben Rightnowar of Taylorsville Ill.; and four grandchildren.
