Dahlgren Man Died Last Night After Few Days Sickness.

William Rogers of Dahlgren, died at Mount Vernon hospital at 11:30 o'clock today after an illness of but a few days duration.

Mr. Rogers was stricken with illness about a week ago. He was brought to Mount Vernon and taken to the hospital where he underwent an operation. His age was 70 years, but he would have been 71 in but a few days.

He is survived by his wife, and five sons, Charles and Frank of Dahlgren, Emery of Iowa, Walter of Detroit, and Willie of Madedonia. Three sisters, Mrs. Mary Lane of Benton, Mrs. Kate McCoy of Dahlgren, Mrs. J.A. Gibbs of Springfield, OR, and one brother, James Rogers of Dahlgren.

Funeral arrangements have not been made.
