Rand “Randy” Alan Rosenblum, 65, of Dix, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2023, at Deaconess Gateway Heart Hospital, in Newburgh, Indiana.

He was born February 21, 1958, in Centralia, Illinois, the son of Samuel S. and Reva Rebecca (Koenig) Rosenblum.

On December 22, 1987, in Kermit, Texas, he married Lori Harmon, and she survives.

He was a graduate of Centralia High School, and Purdue University. He was a mechanic for many years, owning his own shop in Centralia.

In addition to his wife, Lori Rosenblum of Dix, he is survived by two daughters, Mindy Callahan of Dix, and Raven Cushman of Dix; one son, Devin Rosenblum of Dix; ten grandchildren, Sydney, Kamee, Abbie, and Maddie Rosenblum, Brian, Brenden, Riana, and Leland Cushman, and Elijah and Phoenix Rosenblum; and one great-grandson, Branson Durham.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and one grandchild, Cayden Cushman.

Cremation rites for Mr. Rosenblum have been accorded, and a gathering of his family and friends will be held Friday, March 15, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., at the Osborn Funeral Home in Dix.

Memorial gifts may be made to the family of Mr. Rosenblum, in care of his wife, Lori, and will be accepted by mail to the Osborn Funeral Home, P.O. Box 130, Dix, Illinois 62830.
