Mrs. Mary Rosenburg Dies at Wayne City
WAYNE CITY, Ill., Jan. 29 -- Mrs. Rosenburg was 66 years and 24 days of age. She had been a resident of Wayne county all her life, having been forn near Middleton. She had lived in Wayne City for the past ten or twelve years. Her husband, Geo. W. Rosenburg, to whom she was married in 1882, preceded her in death in 1909. "Aunt" Ella, as she was known to her many friends, was a highly respected citizen. She was a devout Christian and a faiathful church worker to the end. Funeral services will be held in Wayne City at the Baptist church at 12:30 o'clock Wednesday, Jan. 30, following which burial will take place in Salem graveyard. One son and three daughters survive. The son is Roy R. Rosenburg of Wayne City. The daughters are: Mrs. Neil Yates of Belle Rive; Mrs. Ola Carneal of Winamac, Ind., and Grace Rosenburg of Chicago. There are three grandchildren. She also leaves a sister, Mrs. Ida Homan of Wayne City and four brothers; Jack Davis and James Davis of Wayne City, B. Davis of Bluford and Charles Davis of Mendota, Wis.
