Funeral services for Effie Rusher, 77, of 1012 Division St. Benton, will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Poulson Funeral Home, Benton. The Rev. Jane Sanders will officiate. Burial will be in the Ina Cemetery. Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Rusher died at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in Franklin Hospital, Benton. She had been ill for sometime.

She was a lifelong resident of Benton.

She was born July 19, 1896 in Illinois.

She was a member of the Apostolic Church, Rebekah Lodge and Royal Neighbors Lodge, all of Benton.

Her husband, Lonnie Rusher, preceded her in death.

Survivors are two sons, Gale L. Williams, Cincinnati, Ohio, and James L. Williams, New Lenox; six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
