Mrs. Mary Sammons Died Sunday at Daughter's Home

Mary E. Sammons, widow of W. A. Sammons, died Sunday evening at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frank Greene.

Her husband preceded her in death June 22, 1927.

Mrs. Sammons' age was 71 years, 7 months and 22 days.

Mrs. Sammons is survived by the following children: Claude Sammons, Mt. Vernon; Tom Sammons, Texico; Clyde and Homer Sammons, Mt. Vernon; Mrs. Cora Greene, Bluford; Mrs. Inez Greene, and Mrs. Laura Price, Texico, and Mrs. Ethel Bullard, Utica, Ill.

Three brothers survive, Henry, Alvis and Geo. Brookman, and one sister, Mrs. Francis Minor, Mt. Vernon. Funeral services will be held at union Chapel Tuesday, at 11 o'clock am.
