Mildred Sammons Dies Here Today At Age 25 Years

Mrs. Mildred Sammons, wife of Jessero Sammons, died at 5:00 am today at Mt. Vernon Hospital. She was 25 years of age.

Funeral arrangements were incomplete. However, the body will remain at the Osborn Funeral Home in Dix until 11:00 am, Wednesday, then will be taken to the home on Standley avenue, where it will lie in state until the funeral hour.

Mrs. Sammons was born November 13, 1917, the daughter of Andrew and Matilda (Ashfeld) Fritsch.

On May 5, 1940 she was united in marriage with Jessero Sammons.

Surviving, besides her husband, are three brothers, Elmer Fritsch, who is with the U.S. Armed Forces in Oregon, and Walter and Clarence of Bluford.
