Mary L. (Willmore-Robinson) Schmidt, of 1610 Main St., La Crosse, formerly of Decatur. IL, died Tuesday, Sept. 22. 1992, in La Crosse.

She was born in 1904 in Jefferson County, IL, to Gabriel W. and Bessie (Stinger) Willmore.

She married H. Clay Robinson in 1923. and he died in 1952.

She then married Herbert F. Schmidt. a businessman in 1954. He died in 1971.

Mr. and Mrs. Robinson were active in farming in Cisco, IL. She was a lifetime member of the Illinois Agricultural Association, Piatt Co. Farm Bureau and a former member of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by three grandchildren. Kay M. Robinson of La Crosse, Deborah Lange of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, and David Robinson of La Crosse; six great-grandchildren; one nephew, Jack Willmore of Decatur; one stepdaughter, Mariette Hammer of Decatur IL.

She was preceded in death by her only son, Jack Robinson of La Crosse, WI

Funeral services will he held Monday, Sept 25, at lOam, in St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Decatur, II. Burial will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. J.J. Moran Funeral Home is in charge of Decatur arrangements. Friends may call at the Blaske Funeral Home, 401 West Ave., So today from 6 to 8 P.M.
