Lula Shehorn of Ina Are Dies of Pneumonia

Lula Emeline Shehorn, 38, of rural route 2, Ina, died at 3:45 a.m. Thursday at the Alton State Hospital of bronchial pneumonia.

Miss Shehorn was born in Elk Prairie township June 28, 1918, the daughter of Alva and Gertie Ann [Roberson] Shehorn.

Her funeral will be held Saturday at 2 P.M. at the Elk Prairie Christian Church of Nason, conducted by the Rev. John Nelson. Burial will be in Abner cemetery.

The body will remain at the Fry Funeral Home in Waltonville where friends may call. Surviving are three brothers, Melvin Shehorn of Ina, Orval Shehorn of Mt. Vernon, and Edward Shehorn of Decatur.
