Cortney SHERIDAN, 85, Ina, died 3 a.m. November 16, 1988, at Crossroads Hospital.

Mr. SHERIDAN was born December 1, 1902, in Kentucky, a son of James and Lora SHERIDAN.

He married Flora FLETCHER, who survives.

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Johnston Funeral Home in Ina with the Rev. Raymond EDMISON officiating. Burial will follow in Kirk Cemetery. Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.

In addition to his wife, Mr. SHERIDAN is survived by three sons, Bob SHERIDAN of Ina, Cortney SHERIDAN, Jr. of Ava and Larry SHERIDAN of Benton; three daughters, Florene MILLINER of Ina, Mildred WATTS of Channahon and Beatrice KASH of Benton; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and one sister, Blanch MENTLER of Jacksonville.

Mr. SHERIDAN was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Kenneth SHERIDAN; one grandson, Danny KASH; and several brothers and sisters.

Mr. SHERIDAN was a member of Ina Missionary Baptist Church.
