Dica C. Sinclair Dies at Daughter's Home on Salem Road Mrs. Dica C. Sinclair, 79, widow of the Late A. N. Sinclair, died yestserday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bertha Galbraith, in the Salem road. She had undergone a long illness. The body will llie in state at Myer's chapel wehre the funeral service will be held tomorrow at 2:30 pm. Reverend Ernest Connett will conduct the service and burial will be at South Hickory Hill cemetery. Mrs. Sinclair was born April 4, 1866, in Jefferson county, the daughter of James N. Williams and Elizabeth (Butler) Williams. Her husband died in 1934. She was a member of the Westley Methodist church. Mrs. Sinclair is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Bertha Galbraith, Mt. Vernon, and Mrs. Elizabeth Graf of Norfolkd, Va.; three brothers, Williard, Otto, and James N. Williams, all of Sesser, Ill.; one sister, Mrs. Amelia Cochran of Sesser, and two grandchildren, Mrs. Charles Canady, Norfolk, Va., and Alfred Northrup, of Mt. Vernon.
