Brother of Mt. V. Resident Dies

James E. Skaggs, 59, of Robinson, Ill., ded this morning at 2 o'clock at St. Mary's Hospital in Decatur. He was a brother of Fred Skaggs of this city.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home in Oblong, Ill.

Mr. Skaggs is survived by his wife, Roxie, two daughters, Mrs. Sylvia Hamilton of Mattoon and Mrs. Gladys Coleman of Hobart, Ind.; three sisters, Mrs. Dora Mikeworth of Oblong, Mrs. Eva Jones and MRs. Margie White of Hammond, Ind., and six brothers, Fred of Mt. Vernon, John L. of Phoenix, Ariz., Oliver, Arlie and Robert of Hammond, Ind. and three grandchhildren.

His parents and two sisters are dead.
