The body of W. N. Smith, who died in McLeansboro Monday, was brought to Mt. Vernon yesterday afternoon and taken to the home of Dr. T. A. Clark, on West Broadway.

Funeral services were held at the home of Dr. Clark at 1 o'clock p.m. today and burial followed at West Salem cemetery.
