George H. Stonecipher, 45, of 401 Casey died at Good Samaritan Hospital at 3:30 am today of a heart ailment.

He was the son of Henry and Lillie (Hilliard) Stonecipher and was born in Fields township October 14, 1901.

He never married.

Mr. Stonecipher was a painter and a farmer.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at Hopewell Methodist Church at 2 pm, conducted by the Rev. Calvin Ryan. Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery.The body will lie in state at the Osborn Funeral Home in Dix until time for the funeral.

He is survived by one brother, Dewey Stonecipher of McLean, Ill., two sisters, Mrs. Walter Chambliss of St. Joseph, Ill., and Mrs. Mabel Jones of Springfield, Ill.
