Mrs. Nell Stonesypher, 84, died at 9:30 am today in Hickory Grove Manor Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm, Friday at Myers Chapel. Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery. The body will lie in state at Myers Chapel where friends may call after 4:00 pm Thursday.

Mrs. Stonesypher was born Mar. 7, 1883, in Moultrie county, the daughter of William and Jennie McNutt.

She was married to Orley Stonesypher, who preceded her in death on Aug. 30, 1953.

She was also preceded in death by four brothers.

Survivors include a son, Byron Stonesypher of Mt. Vernon; a daughter, Mrs. Phyllis McGinley of West Palm Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Etta Morrison of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Mrs. Inez Reynor of Homer, Ill.; and one grandchild.

Mrs. Stonesypher was a lifetime member of Hopewell Methodist church.
