Funeral Rites for Ed Strattan at 5 O’clock Today

The body of Ed Strattan was received here this morning from Chattanooga, Tenn., and taken to the W. B. Myers Chapel, 122 North Tenth street where funeral services will be held this afternoon at five o’clock. Burial will follow in Oakwood.

Mr. Strattan was 65 years old.

Many friends called at the chapel to view the body.

Mrs. Strattan and her daughter, Mrs. Tracy Lewis, accompanied the body.

Many Pay Last Tribute to Ed Strattan

Many Former friends of Mt. Vernon, Evansville Indiana, and many other places attended services for Ed Strattan at 5 p.m. yesterday at Myers Chapel, 122 north Tenth Street. The services were short consisting of scriptures and prayer by the Rev.O.B. Allen. Burial Followed at Oakwood.

The floral arrangements were many and of great beauty
