Mrs. Myra Arminta SURSA, widow of John Wesley SURSA, died at her home near Belle Rive at 4:55 a.m. today from pneumonia which followed an attack of influenza. Her age was 74y 9m 25d.

She is survived by the following children: Mrs. Eddie McPHERSON of Mt. Vernon, Mrs. J. A. JARED and Mrs. Albert SHUMATE of Urbana, Mrs. Goaley HOPKINS and Charles E. SURSA of Belle Rive and Miss Inez SURSA of Mt. Vernon.

Funeral services will be held at the Belle Rive M. E. Church at one o'clock Monday afternoon.

Mrs. SURSA was a member of the United Brethren Church at Union Grove and of the Eastern Star at Belle Rive.

She was one of the most highly respected women of the section in which she lived, and had many friends. Possessed of many womanly virtues, kind, considerate of the welfare and happiness of others, she was loved by all who knew her. Mrs. SURSA had many friends in Mt. Vernon and tributes to her worth and useful life have been heard on all sides.
