Jennie Maude THOMAS, was born in Boonville, N. Y. on February 23, 1861, died in Mt. Vernon, June 16, 1911.

She resided in Boonville until twelve years of age, then moved to Parker City, Penn., later to South Bend, Ind.

She married at this place to William R. Ross, on Sept. 13, 1882.

Two children gladdened their happy home, Mabel, now Mrs. Sam Grant and Burtie, who died in infancy.

She united with the Presbyterian church at age fourteen years, and lived a faithful consistent, christian life.

The family removed to Belle Rive, Ill. in 1882.
