Lacey Marie Urbanski, age 17, of Woodlawn, and formerly of Du Bois, died 5:45 a.m. Sunday July 6, 2008, at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon as the result of a ATV accident.

Lacey was born August 2, 1990 in Mount Vernon, Illinois a daughter of Anthony D. and Lisa M. (Hall) Urbanski.

Lacey was a member of the St. Charles Catholic Church in Du Bois.

She is survived by her parents Anthony and Lisa Urbanski of Woodlawn; grandmother, Marie (Atkins) Hall of Waltonville; two sisters, Lindsey Urbanski and Autumn Urbanski both of Woodlawn; her fiance to be, Casey Meadows of Boyd, IL. one nephew, Landon Urbanski; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Felix Ray Hall, paternal grandparents Lucjan and Danuta (Pas) Urbanski.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday July 11, 2008 at Newell Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. Burial will follow at the St. Charles Cemetery in Du Bois. Friends may call on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Newell Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, IL. Rosary will be recited at the Newell Funeral Home in Mt.Vernon on Thursday at 8:00 P.M.
