Rudy J. Voss Sr., 55, of Woodlawn and formerly of Lake Elsinore, Calif., and Orange County, Calif., died 1:39 p.m. Sept. 25, 2004, at his home.

He was disabled from Walgreens Distribution Center.

Mr. Voss was born Oct. 28, 1948, in Evanston to Harry and Maxine (Rudisaile) Voss.

He married Mildred E. "Micki" (Fields) Voss Jan. 20, 1996, in Woodlawn; she survives.

Mr. Voss is survived by his mother, Maxine Voss Hibbert of Lake Elsinore, Calif.; his wife, Mildred E. "Micki" Voss of Woodlawn; four sons, Jason A. Voss of Woodlawn, Jacob Voss of Woodlawn, Rudy J. Voss Jr. and wife Dawn of Grants Pass, Ore., and Jeff Voss and friend Amanda of San Francisco, Calif.; a daughter, Dagma Taraya of San Jose, Calif.; two stepdaughters, Jennifer Loss of Mt. Vernon and Julie Loss of Mt. Vernon; several grandchildren; and three brothers, Louie Voss and wife Ilene of Lake Elsinore, Calif., Jerry Voss and wife Nancy of Lake Elsinore, Calif., and Terry Voss and wife Cathy of Canyon Lake, Calif.

He was preceded in death by his father.
