CHARLES L. WEBB DIES AT AGE 78; FUNERAL AT INA

Charles L. WEBB, 78, of Ina, died at 10:00 p.m. Friday in Jefferson Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Missionary Baptist church in Ina, of which he was a member. The Rev. James BENTON will officiate. Burial will be in Kirk cemetery. The body will lie in state at the Ina Funeral Home where friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Sunday.

Mr. WEBB was born Feb. 22, 1887, in Franklin county, the son of Lewis and Amanda (EASLEY) WEBB.

He was married to Noma E. URSERY, who survives.

He is also survived by a son, Albert WEBB of Mt. Vernon; five daughters, Mrs. Claudia BRITTON and Mrs. Velma FRIAR, both of Whittington, Mrs. Fern WILIAMS of Durango, Colo., Mrs. Evelyn THOMPSON of Belvedere, Ill., and Mrs. Norma BEVIS of Ina; 20 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
