Cecil Emily WELLS, daughter of the late Stephen B. and Emily Fairchild Newell was born at Waltonville, Illinois, March 8, 1890. Entered into rest November 1st, 1972 at the age of eighty-one years.

On December 26, 1913, Mrs. Wells was married to James L. Black who preceded her in death January 23rd, 1955.

In 1956, she was married to Paul H. Wells who died May 29, 1969.

Surviving is one daughter, Mrs. Clifford Stewart, Pottersville, Mo. There are five grandchildren and one great grandchild surviving.

Mrs. Wells was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son and six brothers and sisters.

She has been a member of the Church of Christ for a number of years.
