Anna Belle (Marlow) Williams
Anna Williams of Marlow Dies; Funeral Sunday Mrs. Anna Belle Williams, of Marlow, died at 10:50 last night at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was 78 years, eight months and two days of age. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the Marlow Methodist church, of which she was a member. The Rev. Marion Frank and the Rev. Ronald Bogart will officiate and burial will follow in Black Oak Ridge cemetery. The body will lie in state at the Pulley Funeral Home, where friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Saturday. Mrs. Williams was born September 19, 1880 in Marlow, Ill., the daughter of Millard and Katherine (Staley) Marlow. She was married to John I. Williams, who survives. Mrs. Williams was a member of the Royal Neighbors. Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, Gerald of Mt. Vernon, Gale of Vandalia and Paul of Marlow; two daughters, Jewel Davis of Bluford and Cecile Pasley of Mt. Vernon, eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; and a brother, Raleigh Marlow of Marlow. Her parents and one son preceded her in death. *Note from Sandy:
