Charles Lester Williams, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Williams of Creve Coeur, Ill., died at 3:30 pm Saturday at St. Francis Hospital in Peoria, Ill. The child was three months and two days of age.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 pm today at the Logan Street Baptist Church, with the Rev. Otho Williams officiating, and burial was in Hopewell Cemetery.

Charles Lester was born November 17, 1954 in Mt. Vernon, the son of Jerry and Phyllis (Carpenter) Williams.

Surviving, besides the parents, are one brother, Jerry L., the grandparents, Mrs. Lester Williams of Mt. Vernon and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Carpenter of Salem; and the great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Carpenter and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Carpenter.
