Rites Yesterday For H.G. Wilson, 79, North of Bluford

Funeral services for H. G. Wilson were held Monday, January 1, at the New Home General Baptist church, eight miles north of Bluford. The services were conducted by the Rev. Delbert Goff, assisted by the Rev. Glenn Etheridge and the Rev. S. N. Shields.

Burial was in the nearby cemetery.

Mr. Wilson died at his home about eight miles north of Bluford on Saturday at 11 a.m. He was near 79 years of age.

He was the father of C. S. Wilson of Mt. Vernon, Jesse Wilson of Orchardville, Mason Wilson of Rock Falls, Ill., and Mrs. Lizzie Bradford, with whom he made his home.

He was a member of the New Home Baptist church.
