Jessie Witzell Dies At Home in Grand Prairie Mrs. Jessie Florence Whitzell, fo Grand Prairie township, died at 3:45 a.m. today at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was 69 years, ten months and one day of age. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at Fouts Christian church. The Rev. J. G. Parsons will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state at Myers Chapel, where friends may call at any time after 3:00 p.m. Tuesday. Mrs. Witzel was born May 30, 1887 in Washington county, the daughter of William T. and Mary Louise (Dotson) Dotson. She was married to Charles Witzel, who preceded her in death November 28, 1951. She was a member of the Fourst Christian church. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Harry Maulding of Mt. Vernon; one brother, George A. Dodson of Irvinginton; one sister, Mrs. Ruth Benjamin of Centralia; and four grandchildren.
