Mary Delia Wood
Funeral at Keenes

Mrs. Mary Delia Wood died in St. Mary's Hospital at East St. Louis at 12:30 a.m. today. A former Jefferson county resident, she was 75 years, 11 months and 26 days of age.

Her funeral will be held at Keenes, but arrangements are incomplete.

Mrs. Wood was born March 7, 1875, in Jefferson county, the daughter of MR. and Mrs. Jasper Braddy.

She was married to Andy wood who is deceased.

She was a member of Old Mt. Zion Baptist church, north of Bluford.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Martha Pataterson, Mrs. Nellie Cline and Mrs. Nettie Patterson of East St. Louis and Mrs. Della Fry of Elzah, Ill.; one son, Charles Wood of East St. Louis; three brothers, Emery, Arthur and Harve Braddy of near Mt. Vernon; 12 grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
