Betty L. Woodworth, 61, of Shelby Indiana, formerly of Bluford, Illinois, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 1995.

Survived by husband, Charles; three sons, David (Patty) Woodworth of Cedar Lake, Duwain (Vicky) Woodworth of Sullivan, Indiana; two daughters, Pennie Shelton of Hammond and Lisa Woodworth-Shelton of Mount Vernon, Illinois; two brothers, Bill (Mary) Tracey of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Dwight Mc Connaughhay of Colorado; three sisters, Louise (Perry) Thomas of Bluford, Illinois, Mary Josephine Moss of Belvidere, Illinois and Marie Ashley of Illinois; seven grand-children.

Preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
