Mrs. Martha YEARWOOD, wife of Dick YEARWOOD, died last night at the family home, 40 Jordan Street. Death was due to pneumonia and old age.

Mrs. YEARWOOD was about 82 years old.

She is survived by her husband and following children: Mrs. W.H. MILLER, Drivers; Mrs. Naomi REAVIS, East St. Louis; Mrs. George SWISHER, Mrs. E.D.WILKERSON, and Mrs. Will WARMAN, Mt. Vernon. Eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive.

A daughter, Mrs. Frank YEARWOOD, died a few years ago.

Mrs. YEARWOOD was Miss Martha STEARNES before her marriage.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock, Saturday, at the First M E Church and burial will follow at Oakwood.
