Seaton Allen died on or about March 16, 1888. ** Martha L. Allen, widow.

Buckner P., Webster R., Alta, Ora Allen.

Will June 25, 1887 leaves 1/3 of estate to wife, and 2/3 to son Buckner. Anything remaining to daughter Alta Allen. Nothing to oldest son Webster R Allen. Nothing to youngest daughter Ora Allen, except what was allowed in divorce case of Caroline vs Seaton Allen Dec. 1885.

Appoints Norman H. Moss executor.

Wit: Benjamin W. Stratton & Daniel Sturgis.

Sale June 30, 1888.

Suit to prove will:
Questions to Benjamin W. Stratton, age 53. Knew Seaton 12 years. He was without any doubt of sound mind and memory. He didn't show signs of insanity. Did you know he committed suicide? No. Did he act strange? Never. He did not act strange to family. He was with him March 1, 1888 and he was fine. Has anyone else in the family committed suicide? None. Was he a habitually excessive drinker? No - he was never under the influence.
