WILL OF BILLINGTON TAYLOR SR. 1845 In the name of God Amen. I Billington Taylor Senior of the County of Jefferson State of Illinois Yeoman being of sound mind and mindful of my Mortality do this Twenty Fourth day of Febuary in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fourty five (id 45) do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all others in the folloeing maner-------------------- First, I give and bequeath all my land of which I may Die pofesed of unto William Riley Taylor he being my youngest child having given to all my other children all I wish them to have. Second, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Jane all the ballance of my other property of which I may die possesed of to her the said Jane and William Riley Taylor jointly for her & her use and benefit absolutley forever. I do hereby constitute and appoint my said Wife Jane Taylor Sole Escecutria of this my last will and testament and I hereby esccnerate her from giving security as it my wish for her to be free & act for her self without any Bonds In witness whereas I have hereunto set my hand & seal the day and year first above written.
