I, John W. CLINTON, a farmer of sound mind and memory and understanding, but considering the uncertainty of this transitory life do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following:
To Wit:
I give and bequeath to my six older chldren the some of $10.00 each, namely:
Second - I bequeath to my beloved wife, Ollie M. CLINTON and to her children by me nanely:
Third - I devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Ollie M. CLINTON and her four children - And lastly I nominate, constitute and appoint W. E. CLINTON or Cecil CLINTON to be the executor of this my last Will hereby revoking all other Wills, legacies and bequests by me heretofore made and declaring this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my and and seal this 17th day of January 1914
