Last Will and Testament for Joel Pace
"In the name of God Amen. I, Joel Pace of the County of Jefferson and state of Illinois considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound and perfect mind blessed be almighty God for the I owe; do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following (that is to say) First. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Pace all my personal estate forever to be disposed of as she may think proper: and also all my real estate during her natural life and at her death I do, (for and is consideration of --- --- --- and cash advanced at varying times to a considerable account) give and bequeath to my son Thomas E.
