LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF DAVID WILSON In the name of God Amen. I,David Wilson, of the town of Casner, County of Jefferson and State of Illinois, of the age of sixty years and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in the manner following, that is to say I give and devise all my real and personal estate of what nature and ____ to Samuel P.? Wilson and to J. L. Wilson the executors of this my last Will and Testament. ________ nominated and appointed in trust for the payment of all my just debts and to hold in trust for my wife Caroline Wilson as long as she remains my widow and with power to sell any part of said estate if it shall become necessary to pay of the mortgage now on said real estate on to remortgage if necessary. At the death of remarriage of my wife Caroline Wilson, I desire that my estate both real and personal of what nature and kind saves? be divided by equally among my heirs. And lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my sons Samuel O. or A.? and J. L. Wilson to be the exec- utors of this my last Will and Testament.
