State of IL. Co of Jeff In the County Court, October Term, AD 1929

In the matter of the estate fo B. Frank Yearwood, Deceasesd, Daisy M. Yearwood being of lawful age, makes oath and says: my name is Daisy M. Yearwood, my age 51 years; I live in Mt. Vernon, IL., in said county, and am the widow of said decedent. Said decedent was married in 1897 to affiant and was married but once.

He was survived by Daisy M. Yearwood, his widow, and by children and descendants, his only heirs at law, as follows, viz: Martha Dean Yearwood, aged 18 and Geraldine Yearwood, aged 12 years.

Said B. Frank Yearwood died intestate October 16 AD 1929.
